How it works

From the regulator to your inbox

Five steps, every day, so you never miss a regulatory update.

  1. 01

    We watch the sources

Every day we check the regulators and industry bodies we cover, including SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India), Reserve Bank of India: press releases, Reserve Bank of India: notifications. You only get items we have not sent before.

  2. 02

    We read and summarise

We read each new publication in full and write a short summary: what changed, who is affected and the key dates, with a link to the original.

  3. 03

    We check the quotes

Every quote is matched against the source. If one does not match, we send the title and link instead of the summary.

  4. 04

    We tag and prioritise

Each item is tagged with up to three topics, such as banking, markets or enforcement, and consultations, penalties and deadlines are marked high priority.

  5. 05

    You get the alert

One digest each morning, or weekly on Mondays, with "Relevant to you" first and a short "Also worth a look" list so nothing is missed. Change your choices or unsubscribe from any email.

FAQ

Common questions

Which regulators and bodies do you monitor?

We monitor a growing set of Indian financial services regulators and industry bodies using publicly accessible material only, including SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India), Reserve Bank of India: press releases, Reserve Bank of India: notifications. We are adding more, and this list will grow. Coverage can vary if a source restricts access.

How are alerts delivered?

By email, as a daily digest at 7am or a weekly digest on Monday mornings, local time for your edition. Items matching your topics come first, followed by a short list of items that may touch them. You choose when you sign up and can change it at any time.

How are the summaries prepared?

Summaries are prepared from the full published text using automated tools, including artificial intelligence. Any quote must appear in the source, otherwise we send the title and link only. A quote check doesn't guarantee a summary is accurate or complete. Summaries are general information, not legal advice, so always read the source.

What data do you hold?

For alerts, only your email address and delivery preferences. You don't upload documents. Subscriber data is stored with cloud providers that may be outside India.

Where are summaries processed?

Not necessarily in India. The text of public regulatory documents is sent to a third-party AI provider to help prepare summaries, and processing may occur outside India. We do not send subscriber details with that text. Always read the source.

Does it replace our compliance team?

No. It helps your team spot and understand changes sooner. Decisions and advice stay with your people and advisers.

Does it analyse our documents or connect to our systems?

No. We monitor public sources only. It doesn't take in your documents or connect to your other systems.
